Shipping Policy
FREE Delivery within Australia.

Standard Delivery is FREE within Australia and usually takes between 2-3 business days for metro areas and 3-10 business days for regional areas. However we are at the mercy of our postal services, and because of unforeseen circumstances, this cannot be guaranteed.
​
If you need it urgently, for a birthday or a special event, and would prefer express post then we offer EXPRESS Shipping for $8.00.
​
We do our best to keep delivery times to a minimum by sending out most orders within 24 hours of being received.
​
No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

International Delivery
​
Postage is $19.95 AUD to anywhere in the world.
​
Delivery is via Australia Post and will take approx 2 weeks, dependent on location.
​
Please note: if your order is lost via an overseas postage method, we can’t be held responsible. But you can have registered post price added to your order. Just contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with simply return it to us within 14 days in the condition that you received it (including undamaged packaging) and we will happily provide an exchange or refund*.

We do not pay for the shipping fee for return of goods. We will pay for shipping of the exchanged item but after the first exchange we then charge for any additional requested exchanges on that same purchase.
*Unfortunately we can’t refund sale or promotional items (unless damaged on receipt).

Refund/ Exchange Process
​
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product please pack all items, with your invoice, in a secure carton or better still, reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if either the goods, or the packaging, is damaged.

Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect and process the goods within 24 hours and get you your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
We have to return all refunds to the card that was used to pay for the original payment.
International exchange shipping
Unfortunately, international exchanges (other than as a result of a faulty item) will be charged a re-shipping fee. And so if you return your goods for exchange, you agree to payment of these charges.
Faulty returns
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@lafittebrands.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement we will be happy to give you a refund.
