If in the highly unlikely event you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with simply return it to us within 14 days in the condition that you received it (including undamaged packaging) and we will happily provide an exchange or refund*.

We do not pay for the shipping fee for return of goods. We will pay for shipping of the exchanged item but after the first exchange we then charge for any additional requested exchanges on that same purchase.  

*Unfortunately we can’t refund sale or promotional items (unless damaged on receipt).


Returns And Exchange Processes

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product please pack all items, with your invoice, in a secure carton or better still, reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if either the goods, or the packaging, is damaged. Sorry.

Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect and process the goods within 24 hours and get you your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. 

We have to return all refunds to the card that was used to pay for the original payment.


International exchange shipping

Unfortunately, international exchanges (other than as a result of a faulty item) will be charged a re-shipping fee. And so if you return your goods for exchange, you agree to payment of these charges. 


Faulty returns

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at and we will organise a replacement for you. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement we will be happy to give you a refund.

If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, we’re happy to repair it for you. Just send your faulty goods, along with proof of purchase and a description of the fault to:

Once received we’ll inspect and send the goods onto the manufacturer. 

The manufacturer will then issue a refund or repair the goods. We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving. However, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. That bits out of our hands.

Please allow around two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once we’ve received it. Once returned to us by the manufacturer, we’ll post the item back to you the same day.

If an order is deemed faulty, we’ll reimburse the return postage up to $10.00. See we are nice people at malc&andi.
